Effective 2026-10-17. [Draft: have counsel review before launch.]
Call details when you phone us (caller number, call time, duration, and a recording where permitted and disclosed), and basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited, ad click IDs and campaign tags).
To route your call to one participating service provider, to prevent fraud and spam, and to measure and improve our advertising.
The one participating provider your request is matched with, call-tracking and routing vendors that process it for us, and authorities when required by law. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.
We do not make marketing calls or send marketing texts. When you call us, your call is connected to one independent local company; that company may call you back about your request. Tell them to stop at any time.
We keep request and consent records for up to 5 years to show compliance, then delete them. Data is stored on access-controlled servers.
Ask us to access, correct or delete your information at nashvilleemergency@gmail.com. Residents of some states may have more rights under state law.
